Billy Byrd’s Bigsby standard guitar, this very rare guitar made by Paul Bigsby in 1949 for Ernest Tubbs’ guitarist Billy Byrd ended up in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the possession of Larry’s good friend. Larry bought the guitar and owned it for many years. A similar one without celebrity influence recently sold for $400,000.
